Wolki and Xanni - Djungelkattens
X-Lletridged Xanni- have become daddy and mammy. Wednesday the 26 of
November Xanni has delivered 8 healthy puppies. 3 boys and 5 girls. 2 boys
and 1 girl are brown. No DS, all correct ridge, no tail defects. We wish all
them long and lucky lives.

The puppies are 4 weeks old now they eat, play and sleep. Sometimes one of
them doesn’t want to sleep like the others and try to get them back to play.
Like he would say: "Don’t sleep, com and play with me", and then "Hello, why
are you all sleeping?", and then gives up "Ok, let me sleep too".

November 2008 and the winter is
here. Today Wolki tries to run 400m "Rapport" the first time. Soon he will
find me and he has been running exactly on track. It took probably 48
seconds. He will surely like to run 800m next week.
It’s so funny to be crazy sometimes!
A week after: The result from the
800m running up and down in the forest was 1 minute and 9 seconds. I have seldom
seen a much happy dog when he found me and my glove.

Congratulations to Wolki on his lucky day! He has achieved his
third 1st price at the tracking examination in open class with 37 points by
14 minutes. It means that Wolki is today
A New Swedish Champion at Tracking!
The judge Ove Lagerbäck said about Wolki’s work, as the best dog of today:
"A clever dog who wants to do small trips from the track today, to be sure
of what more can be found in the forest. Anyway he knows where he has his
track all the time."

Wolki swimming!!!
Wolki is an African,
who likes sun and dry weather. But sometimes it’s too warm and you think he
wants to cool him down in the water? No, not Wolki. He only does thru the
water to wet only legs and chest, but he will never like swimming. This was
the only try in the summer 2008 when I had to decide that he will swim. Next
summer I let him to decide it of his own and I am sure he will not follow me
in the water.

An early Saturday morning the 23rd of August
2008, Wolki succeeded in his second tracking examination in open class by
achieving the second 1st price. He enjoyed working at forest, was sure on the
whole track from start to the end with 32 points and 12 minuts. By the way the
only dog who finished the examination that day.
The general judgment by the judge Allan Petterson was:
"This dog has god tracking ability within a god tempo. At the second winkle he
made a tiny too large winkle, that’s way he didn’t get the full point for
tracking ability."

The 7th -8th of June in Alfta and
Vevlingestrand in Bollnäs, in the beautiful countryside of Hälsingland - this
weekend was yours, Wolki!
On Saturday 2008-06-07 Wolki passed his first tracking examination in open class.
In spite of the dry and hot weather he worked in track very systematically and
finished the track with 1st price and 32 points by 17 minuts. The judge Ove
Lagerbäck’s general judgment was:
"A dog who is slightly inexperienced, can become god with a little practice".

of May is an exhibition day in Norrköping. Wolki is the best dog in Open
class with Certification Quality and placed as Res in competition for
the best dog. He receives his second CAC
on his way to the Swedish Show Championship. (judge Luoso Matti)

25th of May is this summer’s first
exhibition day in Österbybruk.
Wolki is starting in Hunting class and finishing with 1st price as the
winner. He has got “Excellent in type with very nice head shape” from judge
Van Den Berg Hans.

Today 22nd of
May was a big day for Wolki as a hunting dog- his tracking approval
for judge Ove Lagerbäck. Wolki started well focused on the track and
suddenly six deer passed by only a bit from us. He did not become aware of
them and finished his exercise within 14 minutes with full 42 points and
Honour Price. Wolki, you were wonderful!

Congratulations, Wolki, today 18th of May it is your 3rd birthday!
In spite of rainy weather Wolki was glad and exiting of his favourite
ham-cake which tasted as always very well.

September 2007: I have
visited my Slovak family Tusani. So lucky they were to see me and they played
with me, my mummy Perla, my sister Vivi, Bongo, Puppet and all the new little
puppies. Lucky me! The last photo on the journey back to Sweden. The car is OK
but ferryboat I do really not like at all.
